The BANDED V-BELTS assures high lateral rigidity, guiding the belt in a straight line and preventing it from coming off the drive. Sidewalls make the belt well suited for drives with smaller diameter sheaves. Cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt resulting in equal load distribution and absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration.

Main Material:
A material composed of special rubber that is responsible for reducing the possible effects of impact on the belt. It also offers better flexibility to the system, and better adjustment of the belt to the pulley.

A special rubber-impregnated Twill Fabric offers resistance to abrasion. It is also responsible for the total protection of all the belts components.
Tensile element (tensile cords):
A special impregnated Polyester or Kevlar cords guarantee total power transmission with a very low elongation rate and high resistance to fatigue.
